Early in the year, I learned the importance of the screen format. You can see that in my first video, I did not do this, considering the fact that the screen was incredibly tiny. On my second project, i learned how to make the screen bigger, and how to make the clips flow more smooth, i can not stress how important it is for the video to be edited smoothly and not all choppy. A scene that shows this well is in the film called "Cyberbullying is bad" when the interviews are going nice, the only thing I would have changed about that was sometimes trees in the background looked like the were attached to the people being interviewed.
Later in the year, I showed that I really had learned the concept well, ssince I showed this in other projects. One good example is from "Baler Pride" in the scene when all the students were saying what makes them so proud to be a baler.
I feel I have learned so much this class from crazy effects to sound. I really think it helped alot when we would watch video examples of the new topic we were about to work on. Also, I think I learned the most from the worksheets we would do when learning about all the different camera angles. It helped having to draw pictures of the angles too, it made them stick in your head and really grasp the angles.
My overall experience in this class has been awesome. Sometimes i found this class a little frustrating like when learning about the ripple delete and all. Luckily this class was like a giant family and everyone supported eachother and helped them out a lot.
